What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect. Only what a form asks for. For a reading plan: name, email, where your accounts are now, and optionally your main blocker, your goal for the month and anything you write about your situation. For a brand enquiry: name, email, what you need, budget range, timeline, and optionally company, phone and a brief. We also store the page the form was sent from, your IP address and your browser user-agent string, to catch automated abuse.

A note on what you tell us about your accounts. Describe your setup in ordinary terms. Please do not send us account passwords, admin access or exported follower data — we do not need them to answer you, and we are not set up to hold them.

Why. To reply to you, and — when you ask to be matched — to share your enquiry with the vetted providers that fit it, so that they can contact you directly.

What we never do. We never publish what you send us, never list it in a public marketplace, and never sell it into a lead exchange. Apart from the matched providers named above, we pass it to no one.

Analytics and cookies. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage and never leaves the device.

How long we keep it. Submissions are kept for as long as the enquiry is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights. Write to us to see a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We act on deletion requests within 30 days.

Third parties. Our hosting provider processes the request data needed to serve pages. If a form notification is routed to an internal chat tool, the fields you submitted pass through that provider.

Written by practitioners

Every guide is written by people who manage brand accounts week to week, not spun from other sites.

Reviewed on a schedule

Platforms change constantly. Each guide carries the date of its last review, and we publish the date even when nothing changed.

No paid placements

No scheduling tool, agency or platform partner can buy a mention, a ranking or a link here.

Twelve languages

Every guide is translated, not machine-popped — each language has its own URL and its own review date.

Limits named

We say plainly what posting more will not fix, and when the answer is fewer channels rather than more.
